ok, i know how to mod it so you can spend only 1 exp per skills in str. and skill but how do you do that to spells?

P.S. i'm srry if this does'nt sound right but its kinda the best way i could explain it at this time.

I believe there is already a mod for that, search and if you don't find anything then ask again, because I can't remember what it's called Confused

I made a guide on how to do this, I just don't remember where I put it.
