fable isnt working [message #39129]

the game will work until i click on one of my profiles and load it. when it is loading the game after i click save1 or autosave it stops loading and shuts off. i am a good modder and i havent played fabletlc for pc in a while because of this problem. i tryed uninstalling and reinstalling but it still doesnt work. can someone please tell me what is wrong.

It could be anything from that description. Something on that map could alpha but dxt1, something in the tng that's being loaded might be wrong and makes Fable die, something could be wrong with the games.bin, the list is endless. We need details in order to help you, tell us about what you changed in the game.bin, about any edited/added textures.big/graphics.big entries, about what you edited/added in the tngs.

well i did use free roam app and ever since i put it in its been lagging. so maybe thats the reason. but how do i take free roam app out.

You don't take the free roam app out because it isn't in.

What you do is the following:

1 - Go to the folder you installed the game into.
2 - Delete the FinalAlbion folder and the creatureHub files.
3 - Put the wad file back in place.

You should now have the retail levels back.
