Can anyone tell me how to take the augmentations out of weapons.

Such as Avo's Tear/Sword of Aeons (they'd look better)Very Happy

And: Where would you go for the damage a weapon does. It's not in
the OBJECT file, I think.

Damage is in the cweapondef of the object. And to remove augs, simply remove the cObjectAugmentationDef from the object or change it appropriately.

Okay, thanks.

[EDIT]I changed it to red b/c it was a bit helpful. Now the "+"
drop-box has a bunch of numbers, not the same as the weapon. The
first number has 0 (divided by ten it says too) and then the
number following has 5. This is a repeating pattern.

[EDIT]And, there are a little over 60 weapons in the
Augmentations list when there are over 100 weapons. What's next?

[BOTH]Plus, these options aren't in the weapon's file.

Often multiple items use the same CDefs (like CWeaponDef etc.) hence there aren't as much CObjectAugmentationsDefs as there are weapon entrys.

As for editing augmentations; http://fabletlcmod.com/forum/index.php?t=msg&th=2508& ;start=0&
you'll find guides there.

Is there any way you can learn which entrys are which?

Once you know which CDefs do what, you can follow the CDef bread crumbs through the OBJECT/CREATURE/BUILDING/WHATEVER entry.

Correct. Always go looking for the main object you want to edit.
Within that object is the cdef list which hotlinks to all the cdefs that are used.

Simply opening up the main CWeaponDef branch in game.bin will give you no clue what each one belongs too.

As for damage. An entry of "5" = "50" ingame. Wink
