how can i make my own environments go boom and
can i make houses go on fire if i hit them with fireball, enflame or infernal wrath?

making objects destroyable is fairly easy go in to fable explorer find your object and set damageable (sp) to 1

and for the fire thing i dont believe its possible

Fire thing isn't possible, you can spawn fire though, but not have it so it spawns on use of a spell.

As for the environments being destructible... I've been playing around with a few things, found that it's quite fun to have things explode, since they just disappear it looks stupid, but with an effect it looks good. Thing about explosions is that you can set the effect, the radius of the explosion and the amount of damage like with exploding barrels.
