I have no idea where to start with installing mods, i've searched for stuff but cant find anything that helps.

I've moded Oblivion many times but this is different and im lost.

Help?

you have to get Fable Explorer.
and then you have to mod your game yourself w/ FE or download finished mods from the forum.
