Trouble Running Fable [message #44211]

Ok so I have downloaded the GWAS2 pack of mods and have manually spawned the weapon "Red Queen" into my inventory. Applied changes, and clicked Save Mods and run Fable. Fable starts up normally but when I reach the loading screen, it crashes and tells me to close the program. Could anyone tell me whats going on and what I should do?

If I close FE and run Fable normally it runs perfectly.

Would GREATLY appreciate it if some one were to help me out.
I have searched the forums dilligently and haven't found anything.
