I've already learned enough of the editing program to remove ageing... but now I have a new request. Is there a way to get the "Stubble" overlay permanently on the char, as if it were the original face?

I suppose you could export the base face textures and the stubble textures, use an imaging app to throw the stubble over the face (stubble is alpha), then re-import over the base face textures. That's pretty permanent, and it would be as if it were the original face.
