Does anyone know how to convert a bin file to a wad? Or point me in the right direction? Thanks guys.

what do you have in mind?

there are many differen't wad formats

if you are trying to make a .bin into a fable .wad file, then that probably won't work

if you're trying to put fable in doom, that probably won't work

in fact, unless you wrote a program yourself to interperet the .wad file for something, it would probably not work

or you could just take a hex editor, and change the file type at the very top to .wad instead of .bin, then re-name it. that would be pointless though
