All right so i decided i was gonna make a cowboy bebop fan shirt for fable and it actually came out pretty goodindex.php?t=getfile&id=6772&private=0
However whenever I load it in FE the cowboy bebop images look horrendous and extremely blurry I need someone to tell me how to fix this because i really want to make this shirt




please...help

I would recommend would be to scale the texture to 1024x1024 and use higher-res images to put on it, the more you scale it down, the lower the quality gets. The problem with this is that in scaling the original texture up, you still lose quality on it, though it's not very noticeable, if at all.

Another thing that could be a cause for concern is the format used for editing. The jpg format is a lossy one, creating artifacts and decreasing quality. The png format can use lossless compression, keeping filesizes down and maintaining quality. Perhaps you should use that for editing. Bitmaps (bmp) are good too, but the filesizes are enormous in comparison as they are generally not compressed.

One last thing I'd like to mention, I'm not sure if this applies to the villager shirt but I know that it does for the plate armor, textures are backwards. Example: If you have lettering that reads http://img301.imageshack.us/img301/1385/88770293us3.png on the shirt, it will read as http://img254.imageshack.us/img254/7440/98032847gd6.png so that only people looking at you in their rear-view mirror would be able to quickly make any sense of it.
