if i download a mod, lets say a sword for example, once i load it to FE it doesn't appear, how can i find it?

And to simplify this, you need to spawn the items in a chest, barrel, bookcase, directly into the inventory, into a creatures drops on death, right on the ground, etc., so on. There are many, many ways to spawn weapons. Search for that.
