i have AE running but when i open up the world map i get an error message, there was like a TNG thing or something im pretty sure i need but the link to it doesnt work... Mad

Hmm, well, have you dumped the wad? Razz
I'm guessing you got the installer version if it's asking you that, as the older AE dumps it for you. So, you'll be needing to do it yourself with FreeRoam.

I feel that the instructions don't stress this enough so...
Dump in the data folder, not Levels.

Here's what I recommend, this is how I like to do it:
Find the tng file where you want to have your shopkeeper (the names of the tng files are indicative of where they are).
Open the tng with notepad, they're just plain text files.
Paste the script into the text file under where it says:
Version 2;
XXXSectionStart NULL;
Change the UID to a random number, like 48327958479389503278.
The coordinates you can either do in AE/CBox or in notepad, but being able to see where you put it is generally a good idea. It's easy to spot in AE/CBox, it will the creature in the corner of the map, just move it around as you please.
Save the tng, you're good to go.

crud, i forgot to tell you, in FE there isnt a CREATURE_TRADER_STOCKED_SCRIPTED file, i only have SCRIPTED_SHOP, for some reason when i download the Scripted Shopkeeper.fmp it doesnt give me the trader...

In that case, you'll need to get the actual FMP's because they are outside mods.

YOu'll need the chicken longbow mod by Morerunes, the StaffTantoOdachi mod by Ailia, and the keshire sickle by crazybunny (I may be wrong).

EDIT: YOu also need the staff's mod by Marcopolo (I think it's Marcopolo)

Also you need to change the UID to something like:

74736508067846235

Use that if you need to.

Just type random numbers as the UID. The coordinates should change themselves as they are edited.

Anyway i tried this script out in many ways and it didn't want to work so i abandoned it.

The script itself should work, and the problem isn't with those mods, it's with the trader. There's no "CREATURE_TRADER_STOCKED_SCRIPTED" according to him.
I say try the scripted shopkeeper mod again, look for the trader yourself, it will be 14761 or higher (and I'm betting higher).
Note that entries are sorted alphabetically, not numerically/alphanumerically, so 14761 could show up between 1476 and 1477, and that may be why you can't find it.

ok i got it to work, now ill see what i can do, how do i make sure he'll be where i put him? btw can i make him indestructable?

By looking and seeing if he's there.

And the indestructable thing... I guess you could go to the trader entry in creatures (Don't know where it is) and change damagable from a 1 to a 0.
