Hello.
One quick question.
I have searched, repeatedly, and have been unable to find an answer on my own.
Where are the values to increase or decrease the Hero's walk, run, and sneak speeds?
I have been looking for hours now, nothing is showing up.
Any and all assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Change the animations associated with running, walking and sneaking.
morerunes made a mod that changes walking to sprinting, making "walking" faster than running.

It doesn't work with the staff animations mod.
Is there a way for me to do this myself, manually, so as to maintain compatibility?

Find the CAppearanceDef Sucks app.
Find out how to use it.
Find animations for sprinting whilst using a staff.

To help you hunt these things down, Silver wrote the app and gave basic instructions in his Miscellaneous Applications thread.
morerunes wrote up a nice guide on using the app.
The animations may or may not exist, the newest FE can preview animations by dragging and dropping an animation entry over an open model entry in the preview box, so that will help you find out which animations do what.
