Can somebody please tell me how I can remove the effects being evil gives to my character? (Horns, and stuff...)

Because I think Jack's mask looks cool but I don't like the really pale skin and the horns that have to go with it, Thanks!

Ps: I did search for an answer but I didn't find any thread to help me, sorry If this has already been answered.
