Bull. Game wouldn't work if that was true. It's (Fable Directory)\data\Bones.

Several.

Even better, you can do it yourself.

There are two good ways of doing this.

The cheeseforbrains way:

Open the hero_weak.bncfg with notepad, select all, copy, close.
Open the hero_strong.bncfg, also with notepad, select all, paste, save, close.
Open the hero_tall.bncfg, also with notepad, select all, paste, save, close.

The awesome way:
Open FE.
After the archives load, scroll down to the CREATURE entries and open up CREATURE_HERO (1470).
In the entry window, expand the tree-view in the left panel, click CDefs.
Scroll down in the right panel until you find CHeroMorphDef, click the blue link to open the entry.
Expand the tree-view in the left panel of the entry window, click the second listing, it should be labeled if you have the latest def.xml.
Find the entry in the array for hero_weak.bncfg, copy the number given.
Find the entries in the array for hero_strong.bncfg and hero_tall.bncfg, paste the hero_weak.bncfg number over the numbers for the other two.
What should happen is that the other two should say hero_weak.bncfg.
Apply changes, click Actions|Save Mods and Run Fable. Your Hero will now look pathetically weak.

Both of these methods work, and they still allow for the Hero to get fat and change size with the berserk spell. If you want to get rid of those too, figure out how to do it, I've already given you all of the knowledge you need.

It looks like the data folder was copied off of the disc instead of the game being installed. How did you accomplish that?

I had a look and he is right. Your data folder is exacty the same as the data folder in disc one, which is incomplete.

I think you looked in the file on the CD itself rather than the program files.

Go to:

C:\Local Disk\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Fable: The Lost Chapters\data
