A simple but effective mod, this makes Darkwood constantly snowing. But i will also include some new better music for Darkwood which is all wintry!

Screenshot (Darkwood Enterence):

To apply the music, simply replace the DARKWOOD.ogg in the download link below with the one in the sound file.

[Download link coming in 10 minutes] Wink

EDIT: Download link for music: http://rapidshare.com/files/200358584/DARKWOOD.ogg

Later versions will include:

Winter trees
Frosted ground
Wintery enemies

Where'd you get the music? It fits spectacular!

Sounds a little like something from Kingdom Hearts

They're a band called Vinterriket who use ambience and ambience only. I have 12 more songs like it. Smile

I'm working on other stuff too. I've changed all the stairways with the Northern Wastes ones, and i have changed the exit points etc. Look out for V1.1.

Not without making it so that you only get 1 frame per second. Resources needed and lagtime are things that need to be considered before making what might be a demanding mod.

One thing i'd love to do is swap the meshes for the darkwood trees and swap them for trees in the northern wastes.

Well, you can do it that way if you want, if you wanna be pro you can extract the stb lev and hex edit the trees. Really not that hard. In FE, you can put them in an fmp too, don't think CBox would load the stb entries in the fmp though.

Is there a documentation on this way? The harder ways make you a better modder.
