This one is my first texture pack,
I think it's quite good.
So, it is a complete reskin for the Hero, including:
the childhood
the normal skin
the tan
and the antitan textures.
It also chages the eye color to brown.

Good stuff, you did a good job with these. My only recommendation is to toss the fmps. For retexture-only packages I strongly push the use of redistributable bigs instead of fmps. For whatever reason, it just works better. Link to documentation.

Do you still have the original textures?
Cause making a .big would be a good idea.

Now that's not your fault, it's just the handling of textures within fmp's and the texture type used.
If you make .big's you wont have this problem I think.
