would it be possible to make a throwing orb or bomb that the guards can use on you that will give you the same effect as being drunk ? if it is I think this would be an awesome mod

Not unless the intended delivery system is for the guards to throw it at the Hero, who eventually picks it up, looks at it funny, then decides to eat it.
