I did it by changing the HERO_CHILD def graphic to HERO graphic,
then in the HERO def I exported his CcreatureDef
and then imported it over the HERO_CHILD CcreatureDef

You can then edit the HERO_CHILD's CcreatureDef to add whatever clothes you want him to wear, you can't change them so replace the ones already there which are apprentice clothes.

Easy!

Hey, what about putting that modded exe in the mods section? Unless your exe had a whole host of modifications and it would be a pain to go into an unaltered exe (except maybe with a no cd crack) and change it. Oh well, I think it'd be cool.
