If possible, I would like t request the creation f an aprentice/follower, some one that will evolve with the game and is a, to become hero. Some kid that help you around and learn from you. I hope it's some what clear what I would like.

Thats possible, just change the look from a guy who helps you with fighting (a guy like that one in The Bowerstone Pub.) to one with a Apprentice. u can change the price to if im right. otherwise you need alot of money  , ( not that thats a problem with modding )
you should probably switch the CCreatureDef, CAppearanceModifierDef, CAppearanceDef and stuff like that.
but you can better ask that to a more experienced modder, im just still a apprentice

No, it's not. What you're talking about is a bodyguard. What santaniake2 is talking about is someone who follows you around, something like a bodyguard, except someone who levels up with the Hero as well. And I'm saying it's not possible.
