1st you'll need the shop trainer
2nd you'll need to search for the object ID in fable explorer under OBJECT.
3rd you'll need to note the object ID somewhere, for example the item value list that came with the shop trainer.
and last start fable as normal and follow the normal instructions of the shop trainer.
