Hi i have Instaled Fable explorer 4 and when i run it it gives me these !

AND : Yes i have netframework 2 servise pack2 and also 3 service pack2 and i have directx 90c Very Happy

Try using the ShadowNet build, or morerunes' installer package. Outside of that, I'll say what I said in the last post of the FE thread.
