Fable Explorer/Vista Problem [message #57093]

I got a prolem with my fable explorer and all tthe other stuff tha .
I did all 12 steps that DarkenedSoul showed, but wheni try to load fable explorer or chocolate box it just freezes

The Chocolate Box works great, but the fable explorer or albion explorer, just "freezes", it doesn't load and i cant minimize it, or close it. But everytime i click on it i hear a beep sound.Thanks for great tutorial!!!
