i how i get in the taberne cellar in bowerstown??? please help

You can get inside the tavern cellar only once in the game (when you don't apply
any modification(s) that interact with it, the cellar) You should be able to enter
inside the tavern cellar the very first time that you visit Bowerstone and Maze
does speak to you.

You should also be able to enter inside the cellar when the statue looks towards
Bowerstone (the statue at lookout point) Then the cellar doors will be open-able.
(usually happens at midnight)

However, you could also modify BowerstoneSlums and work with the script that
controls the cellar. There are many ways to get access inside that place by
modifications. You should check the 「Level Scripting」 section and the various
level-related scripting tutorials.
