Alright, when i start up free roam it opens and copies the wad file fine.
Then i try to rip the actual wad to data like the tutorial says and i get this error.

Try doing the patching like this.
Ripped from Modding on vista:the basics.

Read the site rules, as well as individual thread rules, stickies and announcements, and use search, or you will have smartassy or exasperated ownage rained down upon you by the site's crack team of mods and admins. Also, you can find all you need to get started on modding here.

Stop. Does anyone look at the actual error or is it just me?

Then it's your environment. Something else is wrong. Perhaps there are files with the same names as those being created in the dump directory that are locked and so cannot be overwritten (it's happened before), or you already dumped the FinalAlbion.wad using ChocolateBox/AE, you're running ChocolateBox/AE while trying to use FreeRoam (has also happened before), or a series of other stupid things that made sense in your mind but in reality made everything worse.

So, from the point you installed Fable, what did you do?

Hmmmm... I installed the mod that puts traders in the guild, edited a chest in the orchard farm file with the shadownet build of FE, I'm pretty sure thats all.
Also, It couldn't be AE because I have yet to be able to make AE work because it says i need to export the wad file that contains the region..

You've probably edited your FinalAlbion.wad. Use the original unedited version.
