ok so when i try to start the game through the autorun i get a message saying

Error: Cannot find Library.

i have the CD crack in the folder so i'm not sure what the problem is.

The error means that you don't have your game disc in. You wouldn't get that error if you either had your game disc in or if you were using the no-cd exe properly. User error.
