Well, this is a mod i like, i made the model myself and the blade's textures, the runes on the blade are real runes. The only thing i dont like about it is that it is too big when its on the hero's back

Well done. This is a great mod.
The size thing is not a problem, I changed the scale to .9 and the point of the spear is above ground on a hero with all 3 Strength categories at 5.

That tutorial will help add augments but not augment effects. If the model doesn't have the augment helpers, it won't have augment effects. And even if it does, it's hard to make augment effects look decent on such types of models.
