So, getting the gist of past discussions, there seem to be no tools for mac users like myself to mod our games with. However, I just wanna do simple stuff, like change the max age and (if possible) turn off the guildmaster's comments, they get REALLY annoying.

You need fable explorer or a similar tool to this.
E.g. Chocolate box

As I have said, But I'm not sure..There has been some people who have modded on mac's I'm not sure how though.

You could always MultiBoot your computer.

You'll need our PC tools and the PC version of the game to do any definition or asset modding as no one's built any Mac tools or any tools at all for the Mac version. TNG editing may be possible, old-school style. Manual editing of the FinalAlbion.wad, must remain the same size, etc.

However, I've heard that some have had luck with BootCamp. Would still require Windows and a PC version of the game, but hey, it's something.

I know SE_Danny does his modding on a mac. Not sure how exactly, but if he uses the Mac OS you might be able to get some info on mac modding that could save some money. =/

Read the site rules, as well as individual thread rules, stickies and announcements, and use search, or you will have smartassy or exasperated ownage rained down upon you by the site's crack team of mods and admins. Also, you can find all you need to get started on modding here.

Didn't even read to this part. That's doable without modding. It's in the settings, forget which ones but yea, you can turn those off.

So i found finalalbion.wad and other stuff. I'll contact SE_Danny and see what he does, because I use PPC macs with no windows compatibility.
