Hello,

Well, I've problems with cbox again.
I open the program, load a FMP file, and, try to create a "UID database" and cbox just closes itself.

When I try to generate "UID database", "Get Modified" (File menu, and "New FMP") and other options...

Please help, I know I'm boring a lot, but, I searched a long time to find answers to my problem.

And I don't know how to translate the error message (OS in french), but it seems to be a problem with a module :
Paste : (Exception from HRESULT : 0x8007007E)

I don't know how to solve that.

I wanna create my own swords please help a poor man :'(

Get the prerequisites.
Thread.

The ones you need are:
.NET Framework 2.0 SP2
MSVC++ 2005 SP1 ATL Security Update
DirectX End User Runtimes

No ifs ands or buts, don't care what else you have to say, that's what you need, go get it. If you've got Vista or Windows 7, read this too.

Hi,

JohnDoe, you're the one who fired me last time, don't you ?
Ok, no shots between you and me now.

I've told you I read this.

But thanks anyway.

I tried to install NetFramework 2.0 but my computer told me there was a more recent version installed.
I forced the install.

I absolutly need 2.0 version ?
Or 3.5 works like ?

Well, thanks for your help, even if you're a little rough sometimes, I suppose it's your nature to be like this.

Good day to you.

Yes, any later versions will work too.

I suppose I could hold your hand, but that would make us both feel weird.

Hi guys,

Sorry to double post here, but I've a new problem with cbox, and cbox64.

I recently bought a new laptop with w7 64 bits, and I downloaded the programs you told me to, JohnDoe, but cbox and cbox64 don't work at all.

I searched in the list given in the topic you linked me, but no results.

EDIT : I put Cbox64 to XP SP3 (compatibility) and, nothing more.

Anything to do ?

Print-screen the error, please? We're not psychics.

Hehehe, how many times could you have used this joke (were it not for the date)?

Huh ?

Are you suggesting that I should change the date every time I need to mock someone ? Not going to happen as it's more effort than it merits.

Actually, I meant remove the date entirely, because I think it doesn't serve that much of a purpose, in my honest opinion.

Hi,

So guys, I'm not interessed in bloody jokes, but in the solution, I can't screen the error message 'cause I'm writing on my mobile, and I'm working on a french OS (normal) so I only can translate you word by word this message.

It's'something like that, by memory : cbox64 couldn't execute, it must close, or whatever...

I read the topic about people turning on vista/7 but it's the same.

Now, I'm not interessed in modding 'cause I'm very busy, in the university I've a lot of work to do, so I've not time to play video games. But if I could have a solution anyway, I will come back in a few month or weeks to read it and use it.

So, thanks for stopping weird jokes I don't understand, and stop flooding my topic please.

Good day men.

John Doe gave you the answers you required, so please read what he has to say at least.

NOTE: if you haven't already, read the quote in my comment. If you have, read it again to make sure you read it, and read it right.

Ok man, sorry, I come back.

Hey, I didn't read my other replies (october 2011, I know I come back from ages ago), but I think I've already told that I have all the prerequisites.

If I didn't, excuse me.

(So, I'm not searching the solution anymore, !!for now!!, I'll come back surely in July or whatever to collect it if I still need it.)

But, for picture, I can't post it, 'cause I'm working on a French OS, it's logicle, I'm French.
But, cbox or cbox64 don't work anyway, just a message "cbox (or cbox64) stopped working", (in french "a cessé de fonctionner", the same) and nothing more.

I repeat I've all the prerequisites. I verified all that needed to be verified.

Thanks for interresting in my problem, thanks for trying to help me Linkxp500, it's cool Wink

Good night for Europeans, Good day for others =)
