Hi!

I'm new here and saw a lot mods and thingies around.
My request is simple i think.
I'd like to change the color of the basic apprentice cloth. (with the hood)
It's the white cloth with the blue stripe on it.
So i'd like to change the basic color to black with a red stripe.
No other change, just the color.

Is it possible?

Open fable explorer
Go to textures.big
Open the second one
Here you will find armor even to your characters skin
Find the armor you want to change
Double click
Click on Save As and save it however you want
Make sure you have a backup file of the armor you will change or else make one
Save it like bmp or jpeg and the open the jpeg/bmp file with painting program that is installed at your pc
Make any change you want or paint it...
Then go again at fable explorer and go to the armor you choosed
Then click on Open New and choose the file you have painted and press ok
The Alpha will have gone 1 with the change
Change it back to 0
If you don't do that when you will wear the armor your game will crash
Then go to actions and press Save mod and run Fable

yeah sorry nick didnt quite mean that as a pointed remark towards you, being helpful is good but he needs to learn...dont need him gettin the bashing i got when i first started on the forums
