ESET is both really good and really bad. Effective, not as effective as I'd like though. Yet at the same time it assumes complete control of your computer and that's annoying.

Microsoft Security Essentials is good but I don't like the idea of a Microsoft product scanning through all my crap, so I use MalwareBytes which is effectively the same thing if not better. Less invasive than ESET too.

I'm having troubles too. I opened the file in winzip to transfer to my mods folder, but when I tried to move the application, it came up with the error message:

"
Could not find this item

This in no longer located in C:\Users\[my name]\AppData\Local\Temp\wz6e82\FableTrn.exe

Verify the item's location and try again.

I swear you people are trying to kill me.
Download and extract the trainer to somewhere other than your temporary files. Desktop is a popular place for most.

Ok, I tried that, & it didn't come up with the error message, but the app itself didn't appear, only the system information.

User error, you're doing something wrong.

I don't see how. I press download, then open, it opens in winzip, then I press actions, then extract, then select an empty folder on my desktop and click extract. Is there some sort of admin permission thing I have to alter?

I don't know and to be completely honest I don't particularly care. Whenever anything goes wrong it is almost always someone screwing something up. Odds are that you're overlooking your AV intervening, doesn't matter, the point is that it's not a problem with our tools or our site, it's a problem with something on your end.
