i have alot of issues with hair modding so i was wondering if someone could do a super sayin hair retexture/mod.

You honestly want that on a Fable Character??

Too much hair, wouldn't work unless it was static which would look (even more) ridiculous.

The closest that could be done is re-texture the mohawk to look like it. But you wouldn't have the Dragonball Z feel to it.

I'll post it in definitions so I don't have to double post or use imageshack, which I no longer trust due to a choice of sponsor.
