I need help , im new here n all and im not sure how to mod , i have fable explorer albion explorer but im not sure how to use other mods to make armor look different. Please help

Here is a tutorial that will help you with most basic modding. As for applying retextures, Open up fable explorer, Right click textures.big and click merge BIG, then find the big file you downloaded for the retexture, then click actions, and then click save mods and run fable. The object retextured will now look different.
Also, remember, the search button, and the tutorials section, are your friends. 
Read the site rules, as well as individual thread rules, stickies and announcements, and use search, or you will have smartassy or exasperated ownage rained down upon you by the site's crack team of mods and admins. Also, you can find all you need to get started on modding here.
