You can't, In my understanding water is tied to the .LEV files.

No. Water and other landscape changes involve advanced STB edits. It's not the LEV, it's the STB LEV, different kind of file. Though the heightmap in the LEV that most are familiar with does control whether or not to make water noises if the Hero steps on certain cells. This is why the Fable system is stupidly hard to work with, all the related stuff is split across multiple files with some redundancy thrown in for flavor.

People have tried, and I have tried several times as well, but nothing ever quite looked right. It's a mesh thing. Very basic water is just a flat plane with a water texture. Import it with FableExplorer, make an object out of it, see what happens.

Ok, i import water in FE, i put the water in cbox and enter in to the game and i not see the water... But i put in Cbox in the Lookout Point
