This is my first post but I knew I'd have to join becuase I need a lot of help with this. I call it project MS Paint because I'm planning on making weapons from homestuck so I'm posting this to hopefully get help with the project.fablethelostchapters_01[1].jpg

I really need help with making Zillyhoo and I'm working on Jack's blade and roses needles at the moment and I'll also need help with Dave's blade and I hope I haven't done anything wrong in the terms of posting because I read the rules.

Actually I want them to look like they would using MSPaint but I wouldn't want them to look all pixelated glitchy kind with different colors so I would like to just use MS Paint for this for weapons like this.

I need help with the mesh and that reminds me I just finished Jacks sword but with that I can't figure out what I've done wrong for Jack's blade not to work in game but at the moment I need someone to help me find out what's wrong with jacks blade and I need someone to make the mesh for Zillyhoo(the Warhammer in the Picture)

I don't know what the problem with that sword is, but it isn't the mesh. I did my own edit to it, adding helpers properly, and it still crashed the game. I noticed your cweapondef and object were titled the same thing, maybe that's it? Confused

No problem. By the way, excellent packing on that weapon. You packed nothing unnecessary, and you made sure EVERYTHING is linked. Wink

Really.. hmm... wonder why its stil not working for me. Its strange I made it but it won't work in game for me. So you said it worked with you. I'll uninstall fable then and see what happens I hope I'll get it up and working when I try but if I dont I guess it doesn't matter at least I can have other people download it. Well I guess I'll put it in the objects section soon.

No I did not say it worked for me, I said it crashed my game even after I loaded my own fixed model. Evil or Very Mad

Wait does anyone know what the problem with it is cause the model works fine for me. I tested the model by replacing another weapons to make sure it wasn't the problem. Well I'm gonna go back to the drawing board and figure out whats wrong.

Sorry if this is causing any agitation I don't mean to cause any

Well I don't know what it is, but I already stated that it is NOT the model. Confused

Hmmm.. I checked changed the CWeaponDef name Crying or Very Sad No luck with that tested the CDefs I created with another weapon to make sure they worked and they all do so I guess this is sorta a bit strange?

I guess you should just try making it again? 0.o Also, export the model, and on the bottom of the helpers before your four parentheses at the end of the model, put these helpers in.(Open the model with notepad.)

Frame HDMY_AUG_02 {

FrameTransformMatrix {
-0.000000,-1.000000,0.000000,0.000000,
1.000000,-0.000000,0.000000,0.000000,
0.000000,0.000000,1.000000,0.000000,
14.948800,-116.438900,1.285100,1.000000;;
}
} // SI End of the Object HDMY_AUG_02
Frame HDMY_AUG_01 {

FrameTransformMatrix {
0.000000,0.000000,-1.000000,0.000000,
1.000000,-0.000000,0.000000,0.000000,
-0.000000,-1.000000,-0.000000,0.000000,
-0.566400,-23.606600,3.035600,1.000000;;
}
} // SI End of the Object HDMY_AUG_01

Those will allow augment effects to go on that weapon. Very Happy

Maybe it doesn't work because I only created the object itself off the NULLDEF entry but I made the CDefs off anything other than a NULLDEF entry I'm gonna see what happens If I just make a new object with the same links but not off a NULLDEF. (I'm only doing this even more complicated process out of the fact that this stuff takes longer than i though) If that doesn't work I'll do what you said and start every thing all over again.

The problem was I made the object off a NULLENTRY so now I fixed it and it works fine here's the weapon. Test it at your own risk lol just kidding. (by the way this will make a new working version of the sword)
