I'm having problems with Albion Explorer [message #64057]

okay so whenever i try to run albion explorer it says Unhandled Exception has occured in your application. the process cannot access the file C:\Users\Downloads\AlbionExplorer\AlbionExplorer.Log
and it opens but there is nothing in it.

and then when i try to get AlbionExplorer.Log it says Error cannot find fable registry information.
