hi i was trying to do mod which looks like (Senbonzakura from Bleach http://youtu.be/ddm9VIylygI )but i dont know how to change number of GHOST SWORD SPELL Confused

another question can you replace color of sword ? (blue to pink)

An edit to the effect entry is required. It's binary and must be done in a hex editor. The edit required is easy enough, you're simply changing a color.
You can also retexture the ghost sword, but without the effect edit it will still glow blue.
