Fe problems whit win 7 ultimate [message #65615]

so problem is that loading fmp files does nothing and this happens whit no errors are seems to be fine but mod won't work. I bet someone is ready to ask what mod did you use well this happens whit all mods you can find from "WorldWideWeb" so if anyone is ready to waist time to this problem i would be very grateful to him/her
