Once I fixed all the bugs, the elven greatsword worked! It is a two handed weapon.
I hope you guys enjoy these weapons. I will probably make a Skyrim GWP later.

Looks good, are you exporting these from skyrim or re-doing the mesh?

Ain't nobody got time to redo it! I just extracted the mesh, removed unwanted pieces, and converted it... It looks better and takes less time to just import the weapon and position everything.

I saw something about elves. I clicked. I saw. I concluded that this is an amazing weapon. Will be trying out. Very Happy

Perhaps once you've made significant progress on the Skyrim mods, you could throw them all into one big FMP and I could script up a trader/chest and we could attach it with the GWP? I prefer scripting traders, as chest-spawning kind of boring and, in a sense, not very 'story accurate'. It feels like cheating to me. Just a thought. Razz

Haha okay. Good idea. I can make like 5 weapons in 1 hour if I work nonstop. I already have the next one halfway done.

All right, how does this look for a script? (I'll play around with it, as needed. And I may have gotten some of the OBJECT names wrong; didn't look too much into it. Razz)

Skyrim Trader Script

Sorry, I would've gotten back with that a while ago, but had some DNS server issues, heh.
EDIT: Keshire's Scripted Shopkeeper FMP is a prerequisite.

I forgot you could do that... I've been using chests this whole time... You are absolutely right. It is cheating. You get the weapon for free.. You need to pay for it or something. Or get a certain number of an item to unlock it. Your script looks good. I will probably do a lot more so it might be a while before I get all of them.

Chests are still good for your 'test' heroes, I guess, but I'm a very story-friendly type of person. That made me think, though: It wouldn't entirely hurt to put a silver key chest somewhere. I mean, do something with those 30-key chests; the only one there is gets you a weapon that's essentially worthless, considering by the time you can get it, you'll probably already have either Avo's Tear or the SoA. Anyway, enough rambling from me. Razz

Chests are still boring. I think that The weapons should drop from Skyrim enemies using that weapon. Hopefully I will one day be able to make Skyrim npcs in Fable.

Hopefully I will one day be able to make Skyrim ncp's in Fable.

A start could be copying all the entries for Undead Lieutenant or Wraiths, renaming them, etc., then replace the mesh with that of a giant (from Skyrim) and mess around with their item drops. To make it better, you could make them occupy the Bandit Camp. Razz

Wouldn't I need to skinweight the mesh? Or add helpers or something? I can't just use the mesh.

To an extent, yes, I'd imagine you'd have to modify the mesh. Of course, I haven't done it myself, so I wouldn't know, but common sense says that you would have to edit the mesh.
