Like Beer,Potion,Etc...

No. You can spawn stupidly large quantities of these items (recommend: quest rewards; using a chest would take too long) or you can create a never ending source of these items (a bow that shoots a dozen potions), or you can load up a shop that sells the items on the cheap. Or use a trainer. There are a million options here, but you cannot make the items infinite.
