Dude. That HRESULT means you don't have all the prerequisites. It doesn't show up otherwise. You're missing something, it's not a vista issue.

I added that chest script to my GuildExterior.tng and it worked fine, so your problem is not with the script.
Maybe vista/win7 virtual store? Someone who knows more about that may be able to give you a quick fix.

Use your back up files(link in sig on how to get them if you didn't make them first), or uninstall and then delete the FTLC folder from your harddrive(or whereever it is). If you have Win-7/Vista, delete Virtual Store also.
