Yep, should be very easy. Swap mesh, cappearancedef, and lower the price in whatever cdef it is that controls that crap in bodyguards, and delete the bodyguard bones so that it doesn't look really wonky.

I think it's a skinned mesh, but you could always export it and look for bones in the text view (which I did just now, it's a skinned mesh) In light of this, I would not be able to do anything with it, sorry.

Your current problem is that the mesh was changed from animated to static, and FableExplorer can only import meshes over like meshes: static over static; animated over animated. Blender is the wrong tool. It doesn't tolerate bones, helpers, weighting, hier...
