I can't use fable explorer [message #18448]

Any mod I try to load says:
"Object reference not set to an instance of an object."

And some...actually most files from game I try to load say:
"Unhandled exception has occured in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediately.

Object reference not set to an instance of an object."

WTF, what should I do?
