Hi, I'm new and i was wandering if it's possible to make a Bleach Mod from Fable. Can I import my own soundfiles, 3d models and animations? And can i make my own particle effects?

PS: This is my first post and i've never used Fable Explorer or Albion Explorer. I havn't got FABLE: TLC for PC yet, It is being delivered tommorrow.(I have played FABLE: TLC on Xbox).
