I'm making a village in the starter oakvale region. Messing around I made it snow and it made me realize I really wanted to make a snowy area, I could change the textures of all landscapes in the game to snow but that would ruin every other region for me. Is there anyway to edit region specific textures?

If its beyond capability just say so, if you guys can't crack the stb there's no way in hell I could haha
