I'm not sure. I moved my Fable to the messed up directory that FE was asking for and packed it all into an fmp. I don't remember if the order in which you add the entries affects anything but we'll see. It could be the alpha of the texture that is causing the game to crash.

Attached the FE full fmp and the texture just in case something goes wrong when loading this fmp as it overwrites the previous texture. I'm not sure whether to load as DTX-1 or DTX-3 for transparent textures. I don't remember what it is loaded as in the fmp but it works for me.

Just tested it this fmp. Should work on a clean install.
