really sorry to ask 2 questions in such a short time. but I'm
having alot of difficulty with altering the shield spell.
specifically changing the amount of magicka consumed when taking
hits. I tried looking around but information on this particular
issue seems scarce. and fiddling around myself has yielded no
results.

and another question from the previous post. how would I go
about adding more floats to allow more levels on spells? I can't
seem to find a way of doing so within SPECIAL_ABILITIES.
