Back up your text.big (Fable\data\lang\English)

1. Start Fable Explorer (get it here).

2. Look for OBJECT in the scrollbar to your left.

3. Double-click OBJECT and scroll down until you find the weapon you want to change and double-click it.

4. In the new window click on the 'CDefs' in the left panel and search in the right panel for 'CInventoryItemDef' and click on it the link 'Links to (GAMEBINEntryID):'.

5. Now a new window should open.

6. Click on 'CInventoryItemDef' in the new window, and search in the right panel for a link called: 'TEXT_OBJECT_WEAPON_TITLE (WEAPON obviously being the name of the weapon, like IRON_LONGSWORD).

7. Click on that link, and in the new window change the name of the weapon in the box next to 'content', and click apply changes.

8. Then, in the top bar in Fable Explorer, click 'Actions' and 'Save mods and run Fable'
