u need to install free roam first

when ur at this screen
click file and go to ur levels map in fable folder
you should find the FinalAlbion.wad ther

then click on RIP

and then go to ur fable folder again but go to the data folder and then save it ther

make an new folder in ur levels folder called Final Albion
and dump all that is extracted from Levels in that map
and move the WAD file to other place or delete is an option

if you did that all it should work
at least it did for me
