Location: wouldn't you like to know...

I need the newer .Net Framework so I click "yes" to download...I can handle that much...but im wondering, how long should it take to download it, in fact how do i know if its even downloading it or not? o.O I have dial-up so I'm used to downloading thins at slow speeds but could someone give me an idea how big the file is? Since there is no progress bar or anything when I click yes...
