firstly have you downloaded the free roam app?
secondly if you have, have you used it to open the BIG file?
thirdly if you can't go over the entire mountain in oakvale next to the entrance and you have used it then rename the big file to like finalalbion2 then you also need to have fable exploerer hoped it helped
